Miami Aviation Services Corporation is a Florida corporation founded by Mr. Jesus Quiroga in 1967. It operated successfully from Miami for over 40 years under Mr. Quiroga’s tutelage, purchasing and reselling aircraft and aircraft parts throughout the Americas. His niece, Ms. Ana Llobera, now directs the Company as part of Grupo Lakas S.A. group of companies.

The Company continues the tradition of purchase and resale of aircraft and aircraft parts and has acquired several cargo and executive jets, all with N registration with the U.S.A. FAA, for executive wet-lease packages under a Part 91 license pending acquisition of a 135 License and converting the wet-leases to an executive charter operation.

In addition, the Company is negotiating a long term lease for office and hangar space in the Miami area, where it plans to establish its Home Base of Operations. The Company is also evaluating establishing a Firm Base of Operations in Panama City, Republic of Panama, and establish a link with authorized agents of prestige brands, for tooling and operating an engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility in Panama.

Furthermore, the Company plans to incorporate an Affiliate’s Program whereby aircraft owners operating charter services can list their aircraft as part of a 135 License, offering their clients throughout the Americas the same quality of service and aircraft maintenance and repair status as aircraft operated outside the USA.
